In addition to these General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Ticket Tailor also apply and are accepted during the ordering process.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include the applicable statutory VAT. Additional service or payment processing fees may be charged by third-party ticketing providers. Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.

5. Returns & Cancellations

In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of event tickets. However, in case the event is canceled or postponed, ticket holders will be informed of the available options (refund, rebooking, etc.). Any such claims must be made in writing within a reasonable period after notification. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official restrictions, pandemics). Minor changes to the program, including changes to the lineup, schedule, or venue, do not entitle the customer to a refund or compensation. In such cases, the organizer will inform customers promptly about the options available.

6. Liability

The organizer is liable without limitation for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. For simple negligence, liability is limited to damages arising from injury to life, body, or health or from breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability for other damages is excluded. Furthermore, the organizer assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the festival premises. Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their valuables.

7. House Rules

The organizer exercises house rules on the location. Instructions from security personnel must be followed. Attendance is permitted only for persons aged 18 years or older; the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone under 18. Attendees must follow the event's code of conduct and any instructions given by staff and security personnel. The organizer reserves the right to deny access or eject individuals for non-compliance without refund.

Entry to the event is granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket. Tickets may be checked at the entrance. The organizer reserves the right to issue wristbands to attendees for identification and access control. Wristbands must be worn visibly at all times during the event and are non-transferable. Removal or tampering with wristbands may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. If a wristband becomes damaged or worn out during the event, attendees should visit the designated information or ticket desk for a replacement. Replacement wristbands will only be issued upon presentation of the original wristband.

8. Data Protection

Information about the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the location of the organizer. If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In the event of discrepancies between translations of these terms, the German version shall prevail.

10. Ticket Validity and Transfer

Tickets are personalized and may be transferred to another individual only with the prior consent of the organizer. The resale of tickets for commercial purposes is not permitted.
